Banana Split Ice Cream
There's nothin' better on a hot summer day than Banana Split Ice Cream!
Banana Split Ice Cream
Ingredients
Directions
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
- a little less than 1/4 cup coconut milk (about 45g)
- 1-2 Tbls shredded coconut
- 1 Tbls cocoa powder (can omit)
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 4 packets Splenda or 1/4 cup sugar
- 3/4 tsp vanilla extract
- Optional additions: coconut extract, banana extract, chocolate syrup
Directions
- Place all of the ingredients into a food processor and blend until an ice cream-like consistency is reached. Remove the ice cream from the food processor and freeze at least 25 min before serving.
