Yogurt Oatmeal Porridge
This may be the best grab-and-go breakfast of all time! Just put it all together the night before, let it sit overnight, eat, and go. It's that simple!
Feel free to experiment with different flavors of yogurt and different toppings. I managed to find a coffee flavored yogurt that I used for this recipe and ate it with a hot cup of joe on the side.

Note: Greek yogurt does not apply to this recipe. If you want to use greek yogurt I would add an additional 1/4 cup of milk before placing into the refrigerator.
Ingredients
- 1 6oz container yogurt (any flavor) (about 3/4 cup)
- 1/2 cup rolled, quick, or old-fashioned oats (I prefer rolled)
- Topping ideas: additional sweeteners, shredded coconut, different extracts, fresh or dried fruit, nuts
Directions
- Combine the oats and yogurt in a bowl.
- Put the oat/yogurt mixture into the refrigerator overnight (or for a few hours).
- Add any additional toppings to your porridge the next morning and enjoy.
