Red or Blue Velvet Ice Cream
Do you want the dreamy taste of red velvet in ice cream form without having to make a mess with an ice cream maker? Here's a solution!
If you sub the frozen raspberries in this recipe with blueberries, you can have blue velvet ice cream too!
Red or Blue Velvet Ice Cream
Ingredients
Directions
- 1 1/2 cups frozen rasperries or blueberries (200g)
- 3 drops vanilla liquid sweetener
- 2 Splenda packets
- 2 Tbls cocoa powder (20g)
- 1/4 cup plus 2 Tbls milk (I used coconut milk) (90g)
Directions
- Blend all the ingredients together in a food processor until it has reached an ice cream like texture.
- Put the ice cream into the freezer for at least 20 min before serving.
