Crustless Cheesecake
When baking a crustless cheesecake, you want to make sure that the sides of the cheesecake do not burn. The crustless cheesecake method will ensure a more attractive-looking cheesecake, free from the funny flavor of burnt cheesecake.
Step 1: Grease your baking dish with oil spray, crisco, or butter. Then, pour your cheesecake batter into the pan like you normally would a crust.
Step 2: Place the pan with your cheesecake filling into a larger pan. Fill the larger pan with water so that the water is about 1-inch high, as seen below...
