Egg Biscuit Nests
Egg biscuit nests are an easy and filling weekend breakfast that will give you a jumpstart to your busy day--and just 2 ingredients!
For these biscuits, I like to keep the yolks a little bit runny. This way, I can savor the delicious egg yolk juices and have them drizzle down the sides of the biscuit.
Egg Biscuit Nests
-Makes 8 nests
Ingredients
Directions
Ingredients
- 8 eggs
- 1 package of pillsbury biscuit dough
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350F.
- Grease 8 1-cup ramekins VERY well.
- Split the biscuit dough for each biscuit in half and spread both halves of the dough to cover the bottom of the ramekin and partially cover sides of the ramekins (they should look like nests.)
- Crack the eggs and place them into the biscuit dough nests.
- Bake the nests for 19-23 min, depending on how runny you want your yolks. (I bake my biscuits for 20 min.)
